Hello there
My name is Sarah and I have been a practitioner of Reflexology since 2019. Reflexology works through the application of specialized hand techniques and finger pressure on reflexes, mainly in the feet. When these reflexes are given attention they communicate with the rest of your body initiating the process to regulate stress, pain and healing. It does not hurt or tickle and everyone can benefit from it.
I am also a Community Herbalist and my lifestyle includes helping people enrich their life by teaching them about plant allies. I use my healing garden and our special bioregion to find botanicals to support my community. I offer a few botanical allies in my studio but my goal is to ignite and empower you to have more control of your health using natural methods like plants and reflexology.

A Reflexology Session is 60 mins. However, please allow for 9o minutes.
During your first visit we will review your medical history, session intentions and self-care goals.
Reflexology is given in a zero gravity chair, which takes pressure off of your spine for better relaxation. You only remove your shoes and socks, sessions are given fully clothed. A normal session integrates feet, hands and ears. Or if perferred, just feet.
Community Reflexology is located in Cedar Park, Texas. Sessions are by appointment only. To learn more about the studio, best practices, policies and Covid protocals click below.
Nudging you towards Homeostasis
What does that mean? Reflexology can push you into your parasympathic state, otherwise known as your rest-and-digest state. When we achieve this level of relaxation we are able to cope with stress better, heal quicker, and absorb more nutrients.
Our bodies want to be in balance, or Homestasis; when we are able to relax in our parasympathic state we can achieve this and function optimly. Reflexology gently nudges you into this space and is a great companion practice in any wellness goals.
Reflexology is a companion practice that can help you with your health goals. Reflexology should not be used in place of medical care and I am not a doctor. If you are experiancing new symtoms or have not be evaluated by your primary care provider please do so.
